In 1999, Michael Gundlach started his own publishing company, „MIGU MUSIC“. In the beginning, the company concentrated on the production and distribution of instrumental music CD´s. Since 2005 Michael Gundlach expanded the catalogue to include teaching methods and piano literature. Michael has earned an excellent reputation as an author.

MIGU MUSIC offers music lovers a collection of high quality sheet music, play-a-longs, and method books. In cooperation with the internationally renowned producer Kosta Karagiozidis, MIGU MUSIC is constantly expanding its catalogue.

Michael Gundlach´s musical background:

• 1984-1989 Classical piano studies at the Mannheim University of Music, with Professor Helmut Vogel
• 1986-1988 Pianist with the Hessen Youth Jazz Orchestra
• Numerous musicals (as Pianist and Keyboardist) in Karlsruhe and Stuttgart
• International tours (2 North American) with the ERF Studio Choir
• Numerous engagements as Keyboardist in pop, rock, and jazz bands
• Concerts and performances in major rock festivals (e.g. “Rock am Ring”, 2001, and “Rock im Park”, Nuremburg) as well as major jazz festivals (Frankfurt, Idstein)
• Numerous CD´s , including radio and TV productions
